Bordeaux to Avignon. June 22

Yet another train. Another eurail day. This time Avignon and a two part journey, first Bordeaux to Montpellier then a local train from Montpellier to Avignon. It was a very quick walk from the central train station to the apartment, literally through the main gates and down the Main Street, then winding around a few streets we came to our place. Unfortunately another hike up several flights of stairs, again in the top floor apartment! How do we keep doing this?! We were let in and shown around them left to unpack/explore the place. It is a very nice apartment, with the lounge, kitchen and bathroom on the bottom level, and a mezzanine level for the bedroom. The whole place was very comfortable and new. Also they had so many cable TV channels, even a couple in English. We quickly went down to the main street to get some food for dinner, we made ravioli and a tomato pasta sauce, then watched a greys anatomy marathon while eating and updating you all with our blog. Gosh you're so demanding wanting to know what we're doing all the time, it's not like you're our family and friends or anything. We joke, we are very much enjoying updating you with our blogs and wish we could keep up better! Anyway, that was our first night, and tomorrow we will actually explore Avignon! Until then,
