Marrakech. June 7

We woke up this morning in the incredible Riad and has a quality sleep in. We then ascended to the terrace on the roof for breakfast at around 10.30, having the usual freshly squeezed orange juice, variety of breads, honey, jams and croissants. Amazing as always. Obviously eating it looking over the roof tops of Marrakech made it that much more special. Sadly after taking our time to devour all the bread we had to go pack and head back to our original hotel in Marrakech, which was back in the new town.

Walking back through the souks and Djemaa El-Fna main square, we caught a 'petit taxi' back to the original hotel and checked back in. The rest of the day we watched girls, the TV show, quite literally the whole season all day. You could say we were getting a little exhausted at this point. Dinner was a delicious pasta and Margherita pizza at our hotel restaurant, which basically makes Italian style food, that is actually really really good.

The day was a very good one for relaxing and resting after our pretty hectic and busy 9 days travelling through the north of Morocco and was necessary to get us through to Europe!
