The walk up to the castle was slightly exhausting and quite slippery, but the views were lovely. We were just glad we didn’t live in the houses along the way. We walked around the castle and had a look out from the surrounding lookouts, although we decided against going in as it was very dragon themed and we weren’t sure we wanted to pay the big bucks for the full on medieval experience.

We walked along the top of the hill for a while and then got super hungry; so we headed back down to get some lunch. We stopped into a café we had heard about and Elise got mushroom risotto and Ash ordered a Panini.
The rain became heavier after this, so we headed back to the apartment to cosy up and get some organising done for the upcoming Italy/Greece leg of the trip.
Love A&E
