Pamukkale to Cappadocia (Göreme). October 5

Today we didn't do a whole lot. Like actually nothing. We Skyped the folks, read a little, and basically didn't leave the hotel even though we'd checked out. We got dinner super early at a weird Asian restaurant, which was like a set menu where you got a main plus soup plus cooked vegetable plus grapes. So odd but fun for a change. We then got some snacks and at 8pm we had to get a shuttle to another main town, Denizli, to then catch our overnight bus to Göreme, which is a main town in the region of Cappadocia.

We had to wait until 10pm ish in the main bus station in Denizli, which was more like an airport, with so many buses coming and going daily. While we waiting for the bus, we saw these two guys who had been on our previous bus and at dinner the night before and who we are now certain were our stalkers. But actually we chatted to one of them and they were from China, on a trip exploring Turkey and we'd somehow planned these legs of journey identically, down to the bus we would catch! Finally we boarded our bus which and set off for the 10 hour ride.
