Paros. September 3

Our first full day in the islands started with us asking our lovely hotel owner for some tips on what we should do in our two days in Paros. She suggested today we go to another town, a small fishing village called Naoussa. We went to breakfast at a cafe in town and devoured some eggs and had a short explore of the Parikia old town before catching the bus to Naoussa.

There wasn't a lot to do in Naoussa, but we spent some time exploring the quaint and pretty picturesque village before walking up to the church perched over the town. Back in town we settled at a cafe and got delicious smoothies and were pretty chill for a bit. We caught the bus back to the main port town we were staying in, Parikia.

Back in Parikia we went to the beach where we made a spot on the sand and read and swam in the ridiculously clear water. It was pretty nice just floating, watching the sun set and the ferries roll in.

We had gyros again, pork this time and pretty impressive. Again we ate while sitting on the rocks overlooking the still water. So nice.
