Sail. September 20

Woke up to our first morning on the boat today in the super beautiful Tarzan Bay. Only (this is a name), the 20 year old chef and deckhand served us an amazing breakfast spread including boiled eggs, bread, olives, cheese, cucumber, tomato and spreads.
Unfortunately the weather today was horrendous and we were trapped in the back section of the boat. We mostly read, got to know people and played card games, which was totally fine.
We got to Butterfly Valley, which looked absolutely beautiful, but it began to storm as we got there and only people wanting to swim left the boat, as we couldn’t go ashore. We had lunch here, a vegetarian meal , as would become the pattern for lunches on the boat.

We waited out the heavy rain and then sailed off to Nicholas Island, which we’ll have you know, is said to be the birthplace of Saint Nicholas. YUP, THIS IS WHERE SANTA COMES FROM GUYS. It’s a pretty good place too, with amazing views from the hill where the ruins of a Greek town stand as the people had to leave due to the threat of pirates.

When people can't do cameras

We stayed here for sunset and then were picked up again by Yoshu (not sure if this is the true spelling by the way), and taken back to the boat for another amazing dinner.

Love A&E
